Move for Mik, Renfrew Run/Walk

As many of you know, a fantastic runner in our community and a dear friend to many, Mikaela Barnes has been courageously facing cancer since her initial diagnosis in 2021. As she continues with ongoing treatment to manage her metastatic disease, Maddie and Jess organized the Move for Mik fundraiser campaign to gather financial support for Mikaela and Stephen.

Inspired by Mikaela’s passion for health, wellness, and physical activity (specifically running), this event brought together the Renfrew community, Mikaela’s hometown, to show her our support. 💙

Many many people showed up to walk or run 2k, 5k, 10k or the Mikaela challenge (the 5+10!).
